有關投稿，以下是文章的要求：
1）每篇文章3000字之下；每篇被接受的文章會在三個星期內收到通知。收不到通知代表文章的品質未符合媒體的標準，或是媒體對寫作人背景及意圖有懷疑；
2）每篇文章不可以有商業或政治利益的意圖，即不可為推廣自己的政治仕途、推廣某議員、政治人物/團體、增加商業收益而寫，寫作目的只會為了社會好；
3）每篇文章會經過適度的編輯，如果本報需要作者核對編輯了的文章，會發給作者，否則會直接刊登。如有需要，本報會要求寫作人修改文章，或是補充資料；
4）清晰：每篇文章必須清晰，清楚表達寫作人要表達的訊息，所述事情的發生經過要清晰、主題要清晰，不能含糊。寫作時要站在讀者的角度，常常想讀者究竟明不明白自己要說什麼，如果不明白，就要說得更清楚；
5）準確：文章所用的資料必須準確，因此作者必須反覆查核，因為錯誤的資料會誤導讀者。文章不能有誹謗性言論，不可作出「惡意」批評、起底、以及侵犯私隱的行為；
6）文章刊登之後，如果作者希望轉載到其他媒體，必須預先得到本報同意。作者不可以把文章轉貼在政治團體的平台，一經發現，我們會把文章下架，並在我們的Facebook平台宣布；
7）合適發表的稿件，編輯主要是核對錯別字，或作簡單修改，因此寫作人必須確保其作品的品質，符合以上要求。
8）所有來稿，暫不設稿費。

These are the guidelines for contributions:
1) Each article must be under 1,500 words. The writer of any accepted article will be notified within three weeks. Failure to receive a notification means that the quality of the article may not meet our standards, or that we may have doubts about the author’s background or intentions;
2) No article may be submitted for commercial or political gain. That is, it should not be written to promote one's political career, promote a certain official, politician/group, or earn commercial income. The purpose of writing can only be to promote community welfare;
3) Each article will be moderately edited. If the newspaper needs the author to check the edited article, it will be sent to the author for doing so, otherwise it will be published directly. If necessary, we will ask the writer to revise the article or provide additional information;
4) Clarity: Each article must be clear. When writing, you should put yourself in the position of the reader, and constantly ask yourself whether the reader will understand what you want to say. If not, you should further clarify it;
5) Accuracy: The information used in the article must be accurate. The author must check it repeatedly as erroneous information will mislead readers. Articles must not contain defamatory remarks, "malicious" criticism, trolling, or infringement of privacy;
6) After the article is published, if the author wishes to republish in other media, he/she must obtain prior consent from us. The author cannot repost the article on the platform of political groups. Should this be discovered, we will remove the article;
7) If your manuscript is suitable for publication, the editors will primarily check for typos or make simple modifications. Therefore, all writers must ensure that the quality of their work meets the above requirements.
8) There are no royalties for any submissions.
