《透視報》是一個具創意的網上傳媒，成立是為了重建香港的傳媒操守。我們堅守「中肯持平 黑白分明」使命，以不偏不倚的守則，透視真相，按着公義為香港人發聲。藉着報導啟發性的內容，我們鼓勵讀者作出批判性思考，並在社會中傳播正能量。
成立於2019年12月，《透視報》堅決在香港實現「中肯持平」的傳媒，並把這個理念傳播開去，強化香港的傳媒道德。本報是一個由讀者資助的媒體，報道獨立而不受商業或政治利益的操控。

Objectivity is key
"True Report" is a creative online media, set up with the aim of strengthening Hong Kong's media ethics. Standing by our mission of "objectivity is key", we emphasize reporting the truth impartially, speaking for the people of Hong Kong in accordance with the principles of impartiality, truth and justice. By reporting thought-provoking content, we encourage readers to think critically, and spread positivity in society.
Established in December 2019, True Report strives to implement a "fair and impartial" media in Hong Kong to strengthen Hong Kong's media ethics. We are a free platform, funded by readers’ donations, thus our reporting is independent and not controlled by commercial or political interests.
